We are developing Rhizome together with you to market readiness. This means:

  • You will test an innovative, modern, but unfinished product. Not everything will work immediately – and that is okay.

  • Your feedback is taken seriously. We learn from your experiences and adapt Rhizome accordingly.

  • You have direct influence on our product decisions. What you need will flow into the development.

  • We are in regular communication with you – in what form and how often, we will coordinate individually.

The beta is not a finished product, but a shared journey. If you are interested in innovation and ready to honestly tell us what works and what doesn't, then you are exactly right.

What we wish for

Motivation

  • You are motivated to work on your decision-making processes – out of dissatisfaction or curiosity.

  • You are eager to accompany an unfinished product to market readiness and are willing to provide us with constructive feedback.

  • It is okay for you that we are in exchange and ask you about your experiences – the forms and formats we use for this will be agreed upon individually.

Requirements

  • You designate at least one fixed contact person for us.

  • At least 5 people should use Rhizome – whether your entire company or just a team to start with is fine with us.

  • Rhizome is already available in German and English – one of these languages should be mastered by your team.

  • Rhizome is a web application – a specific operating system is not necessary. However, we cater to teams with their own computers (some functions are also usable on smartphones).

  • Your team should have personalized email addresses for logins.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

We know that we process sensitive information. Therefore:

  • The communication with our app is encrypted.

  • The servers are located in Germany, we operate in compliance with GDPR.

  • Your data does not leave our servers. They belong to you, not us.

  • To protect your data, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement before the test phase begins.

How long does the beta phase last?
That depends on how quickly we learn together with you and further develop Rhizome. We will inform you in a timely manner about the transition to the final version.

What happens after the beta phase?
You won't automatically transition into a subscription. After the beta phase, we will offer you special terms for continued use as a thank you. We will share the details with you in a timely manner.

Do we need to invest a lot of time?
You determine that. Some teams use Rhizome daily for their decisions, while others test it occasionally. We will align feedback discussions individually according to your capacities.

What if Rhizome doesn't suit us after all?
No problem. Participation is non-binding – you can exit at any time. You can export your data beforehand.
