In the collaborative live editor, you further develop ideas, solutions, and concepts together – within your own team or cross-functionally. In real-time, even during meetings, or asynchronously, whenever there is a break. Step by step, iteratively, co-creatively.
Whether you need to decide ASAP, strive for perfection, or 'good enough to try' is sufficient: you work together on the content topics until an idea seems mature enough to decide upon. Decide according to the topic
Not every topic is the same – and it doesn't have to be. Rhizome offers you nine scientifically based decision-making methods tested in agile working teams: from qualitative, discussion-oriented modes such as consent, consensus, and consultation to quantitative, vote-oriented procedures like majority decision, ranking, or resistance inquiry. Additionally, there are self-responsible decisions and the possibility to document meeting decisions.
The choice of mode depends on the scope, urgency, and complexity of the decision. Rhizome is methodically flexible, not dogmatic – and adapts to you.
Chat and tasks directly on the topic
Each topic gets its own chat and a task list. You stay focused on the topic without digressions, collect to-dos, assign responsibilities – and everything is documented directly. Nothing scrolls away or gets lost. For teams that use few other tools, this is often enough for collaboration. For everyone else, Rhizome offers seamless integrations.
Integrates into your tool landscape
Many teams are already using other communication and productivity tools. Rhizome is not a silo. From the very beginning, we have considered APIs and interfaces so that Rhizome can communicate with your existing tools.
Whether you use Rhizome as a central platform or as an additional tool – both approaches are equivalent. Your data remains your data; you can export it and move on at any time.

Decisions are never isolated – they build on each other, influence each other, and create precedents. The network view in Rhizome makes these connections visible: You can see which decisions are linked together, refer back to earlier resolutions, and avoid making decisions twice.
